Tycoon Lake Fishing Report

Went to southern Ohio to work on some deer stuff and stumbled onto this tycoon lake. We didn't have any idea how or where to fish but we found some great bluegills on the shore! I think I've run ahead of myself lol but we went to this baitshop in a small town bidwell and he gave us a good report and some cheap waxworms. So then we heaed to the lake on Thursday afternoon with high hopes and 2 crappy poles b/c we didn't plan on fishing. So anyways we walked some spots on the dam and the good gills 6-8ins. were just nailing waxies! Saw some other good spots and tried a good shoreline piece. ended up with 15 gills in the 6-8in. range and 2 cats (1 keeper) which all had some good meat on them! We went back Friday morning after a crazy roadtrip and only got 12 keepers that we threw back. It was alot slower friday for unkown reasons... Hope to be there again with a boat-it looked good!
