Outdoors Norris Lake

Will be heading to Norris Lake,Tennessee in a couple of weeks to try an land a few striper's,eye's and small mouth.Will report when we get back.
May all your fish tails be longer than than the ones you tell !

Hey I've actually been there b4! A lot of small smallies! Good fishing for flatties on a trotline Smile Big Fish Take some pics!

I have checked that sight from time to time and get the oxygen levels in the summer which helps out big time. Normally I'll go to mountinlakemarina.com and use their link to check the fishing reports,I've found it to be very reliable and pretty accurate most of the time.

Norris Pics

Here are a few pics of some of the fish we caught in Tennessee. Weather was good(it could have bee cloudier)high lower 60's to 70''s,we had a issue with some line we had as knots were breaking(trilene),went to palmar on all tying.Took two of my coworkers and one of my brothers along , stayed at Springs Dock in one of their condo's which included a covered boat slip.

Those are striper's, I have one on my workshop wall that is 20lbs.My wife said when I had it mounted that was it (over $250.00) We've landed larger but their so good eating why waste it.Besides, for what it costs to be mounted it's the price of one of my trips.
