Pike Island Dam 8-11

fished the Ohio River tonight with Dad...........Chuck............Joe and Joes buddy Dwain. the fish were biting pretty good but the average size wasnt very good at all. cant complain though we all had a GREAT time and i cant wait to do it again !!! all of our fish were caught on live creek chubs and bluegills and cut bait !!! we ended up with 11 fish landed and LOTS of runs on live bait that didnt hook up !!! fished from about 9 pm to 2 am !!

Dwain had the MOST FISH honors with 4 fish .........a gar.........a flattie around 4 lbs and 2 channel cats (3 1/2 lbs and 1 1/2 lbs).

Chuck had BIG FISH honors with a 9 lbs 7 oz flattie ..........he also had a small flattie about 3 lbs and a channel cat around 3 lbs !!

I ended up catching a gar and one small flattie about 1 1/2 lbs (my 6th of the year).

dad caught a small flattie about 2 lbs and a channel cat about 3 1/2 lbs.

Joe unfortunately got SKUNKED !! dad and i were hoping that you would get your first flattie Joe..........SORRY............maybe next time !!!
