Sandusky River White Bass Run

We hit the river friday
Water was up and muddy but still a few being caught

Today water was muddier not much higher...
Not near as many fish being caught...
Going 2moro prolly-Good Luck for those who try

Todays Report
Fishing has majorly slowed
Fishing pressure low
Water 1.5-2ft. high
Rain will not help Muddy
Alot of fish in river just muddy-Peak
White Perch hitting bottom with worms and shiners

Today water is going down fast and clearing
Fish were being caught on anything anywhere
most using bobber rig (Fremont Special) and jig and twisters rigged tandem have been the best.

Last Week

A few whitebass are still hitting mostly small males or few big females

The run is ending

white bass was great this year caught well over 1000 fish i go with ohiofisher and we really tear um up

They're still on-I think a new run came up lots of small fish 10in or smaller with a few females some spawned out and others not. I got a F.O. yesterday with the 100 fish we caught b/t the 3 of us. Cooked 10 of em up ad man were they good 15-25fph 12 people on river at highpoint we were last to leave with daylight left

yea it was fun and an expereince????? b/c i fell in wen i was walking throught the water with a strong curennt...... with it being my second time then ohio fisher well too right after i did ..........
