Cold day crappie!!! and gills!

Well my last day of break I was bound to do some fishing again after we almost fished repairing the ice shanty... it wasn't easy

Went to the marina that i caught many crappie/gills out of in the fall, a few holes were old there in the 4inches of ice

I fished two holes they had their shanty sitting and had an old dead gill under the ice... one follow up

Then I moved to the dock and Dad and I did pretty good for a few mins but we figured there was another spot close by that may produce better.

Went there and some guys took 80 crappie from this spot within the last two days, many only five or six inches

So they left and we filled their spot, it was on lost about 20 at the hole, I lost three jigs two jigs on one monster crappie but a pretty successful night!

No monsters but they will eat good tonight!

Good job getting some! It sure was cold.
