I use a medium action 6 foot spinning rod lined with mono 15 pound test. for baitcasting rod i use a 5 foot 6 inch speed stick with high sensitivy for the sneaky catfish or bottom fishing. This would have a small entry fee for a weekly contest winner. Then at the end of the month there would be a grand prize winner. To enter your fish (anywhere in Ohio (caught)) you would take a pic of your fish by a tape measure and then I would have a small patch to also be put in the pic to signify it was recently caught.
